The patent further allows for future products in line with the current invention to be commercially exploited and for further improved versions to be manufactured.

As with the second version, a door lock with a display screen has a sim card attached to the screen and linked to a nearby camera or flying drone. Should the external camera on the handle be obstructed or damaged by a criminal or terrorist, the door lock, when activated by a user in an emergency, can summons a nearby camera or flying drone. 

The called parties is then able to view the external threat at the door and display this threat on the optional internal screen inside the safe room. This enables the victim to see what is occurring outside their door. This extra assurance allows the person inside the safe room to exit confidently when the intruder has left. Should the Wi-Fi be damaged by an intruder or terrorist, the sim card can communicate the threat to others.
